Issues involving a third-party delivery service may also be subject to that company’s policies.

Refunds and Order Issues

Because our food is prepared fresh, all food sales are generally final once preparation has begun.

If your order is incorrect, missing an item, or there is a food quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day.

Depending on the circumstances, El Taco Dorado may provide a replacement, restaurant credit, or refund at management’s discretion.
